Quality Control
We use only such high standard materials that can pass our internal
quality checks and thus we make sure that all of our unprocessed materials
go through strict quality checks
Our quality control officers have full right to reject and refuse product
or unprocessed material at any point of manufacturing, if the material or
product is not meeting the required quality standards. Thus every
unprocessed material is tested and checked before the manufacturing. Every
method and steps required for the production is written and registered,
which is strictly followed by workers during production and can also be
used for evaluation of the quality procedures by quality control experts.
To make sure that there is no infection of contaminated elements present,
the maintenance and cleaning procedures for manufacturing tools and
apparatus are rigorously followed and also written and documented in
company registers for evaluation by agriculture department. All the
documents and files related with each product unit and the unprocessed
materials are preserved for two years even after the expiration period.
For additional quality checks:
Product analysis For each product that is manufactured a product
analyses is done. These analyses include production methodologies and
machinery used as well as the lot number of constituents of the products.
Raw materials all the unprocessed material of our product need to
come with a certificate of analyses acquired from the dealer. Thus all our
unprocessed materials are bought only from reliable and highly regarded
traders. The in house or internal quality assurance team also evaluates
the unprocessed material for its dependability.
Packaging material to avoid any disorder expert quality assurance
team works to make sure that each product is allocated its label. Further,
cross-checking of all new labels by comparing them with original labels is
done to confirm absence of printing mistakes.
Lot Numbers after a production order, each manufacturing herbal
supplement is allocated a lot number and is mentioned in the company
records or catalogue. All the unprocessed materials are given to the

Guidelines for Eazol production
Apart fro the above practices, Eazol also goes by following production
procedures to guarantee the best quality:
Blending and Granulation before examining the unprocessed
material for the last time, all the tools and apparatus used for the
mixing and granulation procedures, are also examined by director of
operations. The final examination is then followed by stringent procedures
of processing of each lot of herbal product. To avoid any infection or
contamination, all the powder mix after blending and granulation are
stocked up in tailored containers. This also helps to maintain the
freshness. Once the mix are prepared and stocked up, they are labeled and
checked by director of operations to avoid any disorder.
Encapsulation and Compression To make sure of product
reliability, each sample after processing is send to quality assurance for
comparison with preserved samples of previous lot. A complete
manufacturing of product begins only after the acceptance of sample from
quality assurance. The way blends were stored for freshness, the samples
or the capsules are also stocked up in to keep them away from spoiling.
Again this procedure is followed by label check by director of operations.
Liquids similar strict production procedures used in granulation,
blending, compression and encapsulation, are used for preparation of
liquid products.
Packaging and Inspection: To discard, if any, wrecked or
overflowing capsules and other faulty products from the prepared lot,
complete checking by quality control men is repeated again. For consumer
utilization, each product affirmed by quality control men is packaged
(either in bulk form or bottle form) and labeled. Each label fulfills
requirement of Federal Drug Administration or FDA and has batch numbers on
them. Along with the samples of final products the Quality department
preserves samples of unprocessed material (for a period of one year after
the expiration of the product they were utilized in) and keeps them under
controlled environment.
Final Products before the ultimate release date or time of the
product, all products are preserved or stocked in climate controlled
ambience.
Both the planned and unplanned checking by quality assurance team during
various production points maintains quality, potential and freshness of
all the unprocessed and final products. Production of every Eazol product
is followed by best preparation application as per the good manufacturing
practices kept forward by US Federal Drug Administration.
