Control the Quality
The raw material which is required for our anti aging product must pass strict
quality controls before they can be used. To produce a good quality product we
use material which has high quality and is passed through the in house quality
inspection.
All the material used for production of the anti aging product is tested for its
purification. At any time of manufacturing process the quality control engineers
can stop the manufacturing if they find that the product is not according to
their quality standards. During the production process every producer has to
follow clear written procedures. The quality control engineers recognize and
analyze each and every step followed in the manufacturing process. The
department of agriculture analyzes the manufacturing equipments according to the
companies records, for that the equipments are properly maintained and checked
on a regular schedule. This is to make sure that there is no pollution in during
the production process. Manufacturing records related with each unit of a
product, including all raw materials used, are filed for two years past the
expiration date.
Quality control is verified by:
Analysis of the product – Analysis of the product is traced for every
product that is produced. It includes the specific constituents of the anti
wrinkle product, includes a lot number for each of its ingredients and the
production process used.
Raw Materials – All the raw material used for production must come with
the certificate of analysis provided by the supplier and all the products should
be bought from highly regarded wholesalers. The raw materials are also checked
for validation by the in house Quality Assurance team.
Packaging Material – To evade confusions Specific Quality Assurance
people make sure that the labels of the products are assigned properly to the
products. Packaging Material should be bought from highly regarded wholesalers.
To avoid printing mistakes all the new labels are checked again with the
original label.
Lot Numbers – A lot number is given to the order being received for the
herbal product and it is entered into the records for production. After all the
herbal products are verified the raw material is dispatched to the pharmacy.
Guidelines for manufacturing
To make sure that the product has highest quality control the Ultra herbal anti
aging products stick to the following Guidelines for manufacturing:
Blending and Granulation – Director of operations checks all the
equipments which are used for the granulation and mixing process before they are
used. Then finally all the raw materials are checked. Keeping in mind the
stringent written procedures the lots are processed. To avoid pollution and to
retain its cleanliness the blended powder is stored in special containers. The
director of operations once again makes sure that all the fresh blends are
properly labeled.
Encapsulation and compression – In order to make sure product reliability
once a test unit is made it is send to Quality Assurance for comparing it with
the previous samples. The complete manufacturing begins once the new unit is
verified by the quality Assurance. There are certain procedures for the capsules
to be checked by Quality Assurance team. The capsules are kept in special
containers so that their originality remains and there is no pollution. It is
assured that all the capsules are labeled properly.
Liquids – The same strict procedure is followed for the liquid products
which are used for blending, granulation, compression and encapsulation.
Packaging and Inspection – The Quality Assurance staff checks the final
product on the completion of processing. The defective tablets such as broken
capsules, over filled capsules are removed from the lot. The products when
checked by the Quality Assurance are then packed for either bulk storage or
bottled and labeled for the use of consumer (As required by the Federal Drug
Administration; labels contain complete information; the batch numbers are
logged). The final products are labeled properly and have a tamper proof seal.
The samples of raw materials are retained with the Quality Assurance unit for
one year past the expiration date of the last product they are used in. They
also have the samples of finished products for one year past the product
expiration date.
Final Products – Till the final delivery to the consumer all the final
products are stored safely in an environment which is climate controlled.
Good Manufacturing practices set up by the US Federal Drug Administration are
used to produce all Ultra Herbal Anti Aging products. The planned and unplanned
checks by the Quality Assurance team during various production process helps to
make sure the quality, potency and transparency for the raw materials and the
finished products.
